Police Vetting Form           Required - attach copy of passport or drivers licence

Referees Form                   Required (3x professional references needed, not from family or friends)

Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) forms and guidelines are being updated at present. Please phone the College or email infonzcece@teacher.co.nz for more information.

Application to Enrol Checklist:

- Completed Enrolment Form (including IRD number and signature)
- Completed Police Vetting Form (drivers licence or passport copy attached)
- Completed Referee Form x 3
- Certified Birth Certificate / Passport / Marriage Certificate (if surname has changed)
- Certified NCEA Qualifications / Record of Learning (If under 20 years of age)

International students also require the following in addition to the above:

- Certified IELTS Certificate Grade 7 in each area (academic)
- Medical / Travel Insurance for the duration of the year of the course applying for
- Accomodation type information

RPL Checklist - RPL students also require the following in addition to the application to enrol checklist:

• RPL application form
• Certified copy of any qualifications
• Certified copy of transcript
• Summary of Learning Outcomes
• Application processing fee ($100)
  
  Please note:  RPL application fees do not apply to previous students of the College.
  
  RPL (Recognition of Prior Learning) applications for On Campus intakes for 2012 close on Friday the 18 November 2011. August Distance intakes for 2012 (Christchurch and Auckland) are currently open.
  
  Assessment of Prior Learning (APL) fees will also be applied if APL tasks are required.
