The College programme is subsidised for New Zealand students by the Government. This funding is applied equally to all New Zealand students. Therefore, College fees are set when the Ministry confirms the level of funding per student for the next year.

All fees are placed in a Trust Account operated by the Public Trust. Should the College close unexpectedly due to financial reasons before the course is completed, the Public Trust Account ensures a pro-rate refund of fees is paid by the student, based on the date of a course terminating.

Withdrawal Policy

Students enrolling in a programme offered by the College are only entitled to a refund.
if they withdraw at any time up to the end of the eighth working day after the programme has commenced, equal to the full amount paid, less 10% of those payments or $500.00, whichever is the lesser. There is no refund of fees after the eight working day of the programme.

 
The New Zealand College of Early Childhood Education is fully accredited with the New Zealand Qualifications Authority. This means that you may be able to apply for a student allowance or student loan to help fund your studies.
