Checklist:
- Completed Enrolment Form (including IRD number and signature)
- Completed Police Vetting Form (drivers licence or passport copy attached)
- Completed Referee Form x 3
- Certified Birth Certificate / Passport / Marriage Certificate (if surname has changed)
- Certified NCEA Qualifications / Record of Learning (If under 20 years of age)
- Certified copies of any qualifications supporting an RPL application
International student also require the following in addition to the above:
- Certified IELTS Certificate Grade 6 (Grade 7 if applying for RPL Year 3)
- Medical / Travel Insurance for the duration of the year of the course applying for
- Accomodation type information
