Application to Enrol Checklist:

• Completed Enrolment Form (including IRD number and signature)
• Completed Police Vetting Form (drivers licence or passport copy attached)
• Completed Referee Form 3x professional references needed, not from family or friends
• Certified Birth Certificate / Passport / Marriage Certificate (if surname has changed)
• Certified NCEA Qualifications / Record of Learning (If under 20 years of age)

International students also need to provide:

• Certified IELTS Certificate Grade 7 in each area (academic)
• Medical / Travel Insurance for the duration of the year of the course applying for
• Accomodation type information
